1. About us
This website (miamifootball10.com) is operated by Miami Football 10, based in Miami, Florida, United States. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Exchange Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products
We sell soccer cleats, turf shoes, jerseys and accessories. We do our best to display product colors, sizes and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Most items are available in limited sizes and quantities.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify; we never store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when your order ships. Please review your size and shipping address before checkout.

5. Shipping
Orders ship from Miami, FL within 1–2 business days after payment. Rates, delivery options and free shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the carrier's delivery address.

6. Exchanges and refunds
We offer size exchanges only, within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions described in our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered.

7. Discount codes
Discount codes are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless indicated, have no cash value, and may be limited to one use per customer.

8. Use of the website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. All content on this site (texts, photos, videos and logo) belongs to Miami Football 10 or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miami Football 10 is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
