Refund policy

EXCHANGES ONLY – SIZE EXCHANGES

At Miami Football 10 we want you to get the right fit. We do not offer refunds, but we gladly accept size exchanges.

Exchange conditions
β€’ Request your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
β€’ Items must be unworn (tried on indoors only, never used on grass or turf), clean, and returned in the original box with all tags.
β€’ You can exchange for another size of the same product, or for a different product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
β€’ Exchanges are subject to size availability.
β€’ The customer pays the shipping cost to send the item back. We ship the replacement to you.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the box. In these cases we cover return shipping and send you a replacement, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

How to request an exchange
Email us at partner2grow@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (786) 694-9944 with your order number and the size you need. We will reply with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
